Gluten-Free Living Can Put All Your Dreams Within Reach

Updated: Jul 5, 2023

As my Grandma Jettie used to tell me in the kitchen, "baby, I can show you better than I can tell you", because when I’m excited to share information, I’m not always the best writer. Gluten-free eating can make you feel amazing, if you do it just right. The primary purpose of this post is to gently persuade you, not to educate you. There’s a lot of neat stuff on our site, and we're always coming up with new ideas.

As with anything, you really need to get your mind and body engaged and in tandem for the best chance of success. It really helps to think about what you want to eat before you get too hungry. Understandably, that can be a challenge, but that will give you time to grow into the gluten-free way of living. It’s a lot more difficult to think about than it is to actually do. We’ve turned it into a cheap thrill.

Here’s a sexy little list of some of the ways a Total GF Lifestyle has upgraded our lives.

  • We’re both at a much healthier body weight now.

  • We don’t get near as hungry near as often. This is probably because of our better digestion.

  • GF eating has helped both of us manage chronic pain, and we’ve gained more flexibility.

  • Both of us have noticed enhanced cognition and memory. We think better and faster now.

  • It has really helped to regulate our moods. There’s a noticeable increase in our sense of well-being and groundedness.

  • Bathroom time is easier, more convenient, and more consistent. (I hope that makes sense.)

  • Less gut discomfort.

  • Clearer skin.

  • I noticed an increase in my vocal range. (Not sure if it was just a coincidence, but it happened. 🤔)

  • We smell even sexier. Imagine your cologne and perfume smelling even better.

  • Our sex drive increased. Yours might too. Try it and thank me later.

Life is just easier, freer, and much more fun. At first, the GF way of living was slightly intimidating. And of course, you'll hear a handful of people tell you that you only need to go gluten free if you have celiac disease. I've learned that that's not an accurate statement. Yes, it's true that nearly 1 in 133 people have celiac disease. But it's also true that approximately 1 to 3 percent of the population is affected with non-celiac gluten sensitivity, according to a Harvard publication. The fitness world is familiar with the benefits of gluten-free eating. It really seems to make the body operate more efficiently. So even if you don't experience negative effects of eating gluten, you can still experience enhancement in your general quality of living by completely eliminating gluten from your diet.

Surprisingly, it didn’t take too long to adapt, and now, sticking to the GF way is a piece of cake!

Everyone should try it at least 3 honest times. For me, one solid week was all it took, and I was hooked.

You drink filtered water, so why are you still eating gluten?

The following statements are my own strong opinions:
