Chef John's Peach Pie Is The Present You Should Promise Yourself

Updated: Feb 12

At the time I'm writing this article, peach season is well over in the United States. Right now, we're gearing up for the holiday festivities. But a comment I just replied to on our YouTube channel reminded me of the buttery, almost caramelly, sweet-tart perfume of the Chef John's Peach Pie I made this summer using our World's Best Gluten-Free Pie Crust recipe.

The olfactory memory sent me over the edge and compelled me to write this blog entry NOW. That's how absolutely delicious the recipe turned out. I want you to know about it now—so you can do something about it now.

Fortunately the North American supply chain allows us the privilege of importing them. Peach season in South America is from October to March, which means that we have the golden opportunity NOW to experience South American peaches at their peak season. In my way, I'm strongly encouraging you to consider making the decision to experience Chef John's Peach Pie, made with our one and only, soon to be famous, World's Best Gluten-Free Pie Crust. His pie, made with our gluten-free pie crust, literally caused my mind to replace Apple Pie as my quintessential favorite. You are what you eat. We make food that is gold. You want to be golden. This pie is Gold.

There's a ton of things going on at once in our world at this moment in time, both good and bad. The only way we can make sure that more good things manifest than bad things is to start with ourselves—actually look inside ourselves and choose only thoughts of love, gratitude, and courage. You need courage, because that's the only way you can fight seemingly uphill battles. You have to be strong enough to stand for good when the world makes it look like badness is the only way to win. It's not.

This peach pie is so outrageously delicious, that it will literally force you to take a few more steps in the direction of love, gratitude, and courage. You might even be compelled to tell someome else how great this recipe is. And the person you tell, just might be courageous enough to try it, too. And the cycle continues!

Tiger and I want you all to be blessed.
